How to make matzo balls

This guide will show you how to make tasty matzo balls

Difficulty level: Beginners

Instructions:

Ingredients:
2 tablespoons of melted margarine
2 eggs
½ cup matzo meal
1 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons water or chicken broth

Beat together the melted margarine and eggs

Add the matzo meal, salt and water or chicken broth to the egg mixture and mix well
Cover the bowl and put in the refrigerator for 20 min

Bring a pot of water to boil
Wet your hands with water, make balls from about 1 tablespoon of the mixture and drop them into the boiling water
Cover the pot and cook the matzo balls 30 -40 minutes

Remove the matzo balls from the pot and serve them or add them to chicken soup
