How to make flower decorations from toilet paper rolls

This guide will show you how to make beautiful flower decorations from toilet paper rolls.

Difficulty level: Beginners

Instructions:

materials:

Ruler
Scissors or craft knife
Wrapping paper or any colorful paper
White glue
toilet paper rolls

Cut a peice of wrapping or colorful paper big enough to wrap around the toilet paper roll.

Coat all of the outside of the toilet paper roll with glue

Roll up the toilet paper in the wrapping paper.
Spead glue on the underside of the wrapping paper and overlap the end .

Cut off the extra paper sticking out at the sides.

Squash the roll and cut slices the width you want the flower to be.
3/4 of an inch is a good width
Cut 6 slices the same width.

Result

Put a generous amount of glue all around one edge of the slice.

Press the glued side to the back of the decorative paper.
Let the glue dry completely.

When the glue has dried cut around the side of the slice.

Put a generous amount of glue on the other side and press it onto the underside of the decorative paper.
Let the glue dry completely.

When the glue has dried cut the paper along the edge of the toilet paper roll.

Put glue on the bottom edge of the rolls

Place the glued edges together to form a flower

Glue a circle or flower shape to the center of the toilet paper roll flower.

When the glue is dry your flower is ready for decoration!
