Materials:
Toilet paper roll
1 strip 4 inches X 7 inches for the base – this is for a 4 inch high roll, if your roll is a different height use that measurement
2 inches X 3/4 inch strip for the bangs
2.5 inches X 5 inches for the hair
1.5 inches X 7 inches for the face
Hole puncher
Scissors
Paper glue
Red paper for the mouth
Optional paper for the flower, bow or decorations

Measure the height of the toilet paper roll.
The one in the guide was 4 inches long

Glue the skin colored paper on top of the base so that it measure 4 inches or whatever measurement you roll may be.

Cut slits in the large hair colored paper and smaller slits for the bangs

Align the paper for the bangs to the top and center of the skin colored paper and glue in place

Wrap the base around the toilet paper roll and glue the ends together

Glue the back of the covered roll at the center of the hair. Put glue only above the slits

Bring the sides of the hair paper around and glue above the slits.

Punch 2 holes for the eyes and cut a half circle for the mouth.

Glue them on the front of the roll doll

Cut out any decorations you would like to put on the doll.

Here a flower shape with made by punching 5 circles with a hole puncher.
The shape of a bow was cut out with a little rectangle for the center.

Glue on the decorations and your toilet paper doll is ready.
