
Ingredients:
2 cups uncooked oatmeal – not the instant
2 cups of your favorite nuts
1 cup sunflower seeds
3 tablespoons butter
2/3 cup honey
1/4 cup light brown sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract or 1 teaspoon vanilla plus ½ almond extract
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 cup of dried fruit - it can be raisins
1/2 cup flax, wheat germ, coconut flaks, or any other health food ingredient
*You can play with the ingredients, just keep in mind the amount of solid ingredients need to be the same proportions to the sweet coating so that everything gets coated and sticks together
