Coating and frying is a delicious way to prepare cauliflower.

Instructions:

Ingredients:
2 eggs
1/2 cup flour
1 teaspoon salt
breadcrumbs
Small head of cauliflower

Wash and separate the cauliflower into florets
Boil them in water in a covered pot until they are cooked but firm.
