1
Dress in appropriate and aesthetically pleasing clothing.
2
Bring a notebook to the meeting! It gives you a professional look, even if you don't plan to write on it. ( there is always a chance you may need it for writing)
3
Make a list of the goals you want to present at the meeting.
They should be simple and clear, such as, "achieving a target price", " coordinating management" or " setting the price of X".
4
If you plan to introduce plans or topics, list them in the notebook for reference during the meeting.
5
Gather as much information about the participants before the meeting. If they have a website, make sure you visit it before the meeting.
6
During the meeting, try not to deviate from the topics you plan to discuss.
7
It is customary to hand out business cards at the beginning of meetings that have many participants. If you arrange the cards in the same order as those sitting with you, you can consult them, if you do not remember their names.
If there are only a few participants, giving your card at the beginning of the meeting will project formality, which may not be desirable. It is perferable to give your business card at the end and is a practical act of keeping in touch
8
After the meeting, write down a summary, issues that require further actions, personal impressions of the other participants, and anything that might be used in the future
