How to make a frozen dessert from strawberries

This is a simple refreshing frozen desert that doesn't use cream or milk.

Difficulty level: Beginners

Instructions:

Ingredients:
about 15 strawberries
1/2 cup sugar
1 egg white
1 teaspoon lemon juice or 1/8 teaspoon vanilla extract

Put the strawberries into a blender or mixer.
Blend until they become a mush.

add the sugar and egg white and run on high about 5 min.

Place in a covered container and then the freezer.

Serve after it has frozen.

Enjoy!
