This guide will show you how to make a Hawaiian hula skirt from plastic bags. It is a fun costume to make with the kids for play or Halloween.

Difficulty level: Beginners

Instructions:

Materials:
plastic bags
scissors

Flatten out the plastic bag.

Fold the bottom edge up to the top to fold it in half.
