These pretty square envelopes don't need glue and are easy to make.

Difficulty level: Beginners

Instructions:

Materials:
1 square piece of paper
Use paper colored on one side if you want the center design to be a different color

Place the paper with the points at the top, bottom and sides
Bring the bottom point up to the top point to fold it in half

* If you are using paper that is colored on one side place the color you want the center design to be facing up

Result
unfold

Bring the side points together to fold it in half again
unfold

Bring the bottom point up to the center
Press down on the center of the edge to only make a mark
Repeat on the other 3 points

Result

Flip the paper over to the back side
Bring the points up to the pinch marks you just made and crease them

Flip the paper over again
Bring the bottom edge up to the center crease mark and give it a sharp crease

Rotate the paper
Bring the bottom edge up to the center crease mark and give it a sharp crease

Rotate the paper again and repeat

Rotate and repeat

Unfold the last fold
Lift up the bottom part of the side fold

Refold the bottom
Run your finger along the crease to make sure it is straight and sharp

Fold the right side again.
*The top of the right side should be tucked under the top flap
