You don’t have to use expensive papers to make pretty flowers. This guide will show a fast and easy way to make them from discarded books.

Difficulty level: Beginners

Instructions:

Materials:
Old books
Scissors or craft knife
Paper glue
White glue
Flower stem wire
Pen

Carefully rip out 10 pages.
Keep them aligned and fold them in half

Draw a line a little less than ½ inch from the folded edge.

Use a crafts knife or scissors to cut slits up to the line about ¼ inch apart
