This very easy chicken recipe is a favorite. It has a tasty flavor of garlic and lemon and takes only a few minutes to prepare for baking

Difficulty level: Beginners

Instructions:

Ingredients:
½ cup cooking oil
¼ cup lemon juice
2 teaspoons dried oregano
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
1 clove garlic crushed
6 chicken pieces

Mix all the ingredients except the chicken in a large baking dish

Roll the chicken pieces in the liquid mixture to coat them
Spoon some of the liquid over the tops to make sure they are coated

Bake in 375 degrees fahrenheit oven 30 minutes

Turn the pieces over to the other side and bake another 30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked on the inside
