Chicken breasts with cashews is a tasty and easy dish to prepare

Difficulty level: Beginners

Instructions:

Ingredients:
1 chicken breast cut into cubes
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon cornstarch
1 clove garlic crushed
1 green pepper cut into strips
1 teaspoon vinegar
½ cup unsalted toasted cashews
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon sugar
2 tablespoons vinegar
½ teaspoon salt

Mix the cornstarch and salt and coat the chicken cubes with it
