
Ingredients:
2 pounds chicken cut into cubes – chicken breast or thigh meat
1 large garlic clove crushed
1 large red pepper cut into cubes
1 red hot pepper cut into small pieces - more or less depending on how hot the peppers are and how hot you like it
3 tablespoons oil
For the marinade:
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1 tablespoon soy sauce
2 tablespoons water
For cooking sauce:
1 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon cornstarch
1 tablespoon wine
1 tablespoon water
1 teaspoon vinegar
